che ho sbagliato?

ok con mysql riesco a fare il database e le tabelle...ma per tutto il resto?
io sto usando dreamweaver, sapete come devo fare?

Ciao a tutti, sono nuovo anzi nuovissimo, e avrei bisogno di un aiuto davvero!

Sto facendo per la prima volta un sito totalmente in php e molte cose sono riuscito a farle ma con una cosa non riesco proprio...vi spiego:

dovrei fare una pagina in php (protetta da pass) dove al suo interno ci deve essere un form dove inserire un titolo e del testo, poi questo form deve inviare i dati in un div nella home del sito (il tutto senza db se possibile).

Praticamente devo avere la possibilità di aggiornare la news nella home attraverso un'altra pagina dove viene inserita.

Non ho bisogno di cose molto complesse con gestione utenti o pannelli di controllo ma semplicemente un form che mi invii i dati in un div nella home.
Mi sono spiegato bene? (spero)
