For a new server, I'd create your own account, enable the available security features, and establish clear roles for anyone helping you manage the community. Discord's built-in permissions can help you distribute responsibilities without sharing personal login credentials. This also makes it easier to remove or change permissions when team members leave. If you're researching an aged discord account https://discord-accounts.com/en remember that an account's registration date is not proof of reliability, legitimacy, or future stability. Starting with an account you control may take more time, but it gives you a clearer foundation for building a community that lasts.
