Since 2021, he has been working with PT Otten Coffee Indonesia, where he gained expertise in sourcing, roasting, and brewing, learning that coffee is not just a beverage but a craft and a culture. During his time there, Khaled discovered the richness of natural process coffee, a method in which beans are dried with the fruit intact to develop deeper sweetness and complex flavors. Unlike the hybrid, commercially processed coffees commonly found in Bangladesh, natural process coffee delivers a more authentic and refined taste. Khaled founded O Ten Coffee to introduce high-quality, organic, naturally processed beans while supporting ethical and sustainable farming practices.
