HO LETTO UNA VOSTRA RISPOSTA SULLA S.A.S. E MI SONO DETTA FORSE SAPRANNO RISPONDERE ANCHE A ME
Sono socia accomandante di una s.a.s. al 49% proprietaria di un attività commerciale, volevo sapere, ma il socio accomandante è obbligato a versare i contributi inps trimestrali come il socio accomandante, (come faccio adesso )
oppure potrebbe essere assunto anche come dipendente della stessa società e in questo caso mi verrebbero versati i contributi come dipendente?
e poi il socio accomandante viene anch'esso considerato commerciante nel D.L CURA ITALIA ?
