Ciao a tutti, spero qualcuno mi possa aiutare, quando sto su cpanel e clicco sull'icona phpmyadmin per entrare sul database, nel momento del reindirizzamento, ricevo questo errore:

Ci potresti scrivere le configurazioni di MySQL ? Sono nel file my.cnf che in base al tuo host lo trovi in home directory.

ciao, purtroppo non vedo il file da nessuna parte, ho un hosting semidedicato e non so da dove prelevare le info sulla configurazione

Sembra che la tabella degli utenti sia corrotta o che comunque non trovi l'utente che in automatico cPanel da in input a phpMyAdmin, se non hai accesso ai file di sistema ti conviene aprire un ticket e spiegare il problema a chi ti fornisce il servizio...

Ciao, ho fatto presente l'errore al provider, mi ha risposto che dovrebbe modificare una riga da cpanel a quanto ho capito, ma che comunque anche così non ci sono problemi con il suo corretto funzionamento.

No invece a quanto pare ci sono perchè non ti funziona..
