In realtà se utili il sistema interno di Telegram per formattare il testo oppure se utilizzi l'HTML attraverso bot come Channel Help, puoi mettere un hyperlink anche sotto gli hashtag.

Per esempio

<b>Quali sono i limiti Telegram?</b> Questi sono tutti i limiti di Telegram Hashtag Categoria: <a href="https://insidetelegram.eu/limiti-di-telegram/">#LimitiTelegram</a>

In questo modo chi clicca sull'hashtag #LimitiTelegram finisce sul link agganciato e non su tutti i post nel canale di Telegram che hanno questo marcatore.
